High School Meningitis "Meni" Camp

Once high school seniors graduate and leave for college life, it means meeting new people as well as new health risks. As of January 01, 2010, the meningitis vaccination is now a requirement for entry into colleges and major universities. Students must present documentation showing proof of receiving the shot before they can apply for housing at the college of their choice. Early January-March is the perfect time to schedule a "Meni" Camp as this is usually the months students are actively submitting applications and/or receiving acceptance letters from prospective universities.

"Meni" Camps are 2 hour immunization clinics specifically for high school seniors and college freshman students to provide meningitis vaccinations needed before entering college. Middle School "M*T*V" [Menactra*Tdap*Varicella] Immunization Clinics

The "M*T*V" Clinics are immunization clinics designed to offer the newly required immunizations mandated by the State of Texas, Meningitis*Tdap*Varicella. This clinic can be scheduled at the end of the school year to 6th graders in order to prepare them for 7th grade, or at the beginning of the school year during registration. Smart Traveler's Clinic

Our Smart Traveler's Clinic is designed to assist students, teachers, and missionary groups with immunization needs for international travel and study abroad programs. The IMUnization Clinic can assist with planning for a safe and healthy trip by providing recommended/required vaccinations, preparing detailed country reports for destinations of travel, and assisting with the purchasing of additional travel needs such as medical kits and other items useful for added protection against mosquitos. Influenza "Flu" Clinic

Influenza can cause days of fever, chills, cough, sore throat, head and muscle aches, and even hospitalization. The IMUnization Clinic salutes employers, churches, schools, and other community organizations that strive to protect the health and well-being of our fellow Houstonians.

Flu Clinics can be set-up at any facility or organization upon request. A nominal fee may be required according to location. Flu Shots are $25.00 and are available September through June.
